    um the rear axle has decided to be an asshole

    essentially i had a thunkthunkthunkthunk while driving...increased in volume as i slowed...brake pedal pulsated in sync with the thunk as i braked...on saturday i pulled up to the new girls apt in lexington and there was an awful burning smell and smoke coming from the drivers side rear hub...

    parked it at my aunts house which was 2 mins away and tore into it yesterday...theres lots of oil in the brake drum...and metal flakes in the oil

    the guesses so far are the axle seal, and rear brakes are bad...with the possibility of a bad wheel bearing and worst case the diff is fucked
