OP how many miles have you logged? And how is it wearing at 40 psi? Trying to find the sweet spot for 265/75/16's on a daily driver. Awesome pics in your build page btw

That's what I thought too. I just got a hold of Cooper direct, the rep spoke with his "distributor fulfillment" department and they confirmed 100% availability for the next 90 days, which is as far as their fulfillment schedule reaches. I wonder why the 34" is tougher to find than a leprechaun riding a unicorn?

Do you have any problem when airing down with this exact setup? Im about to put 255/80/17 Maxx's on the FN Five star 17/8.5 but the max rim width is 8.5 so I'm worried about popping a bead if aired down

Also another question, somewhat on topic, but its about alignment with these.

I have an 08 4runner, icon 2.5 extended in the front, icon 2.0 and metaltech hd springs in the back and a 1" BL combo. Also has camburg UCAs. Was going to go get an alignment when i get these mounted and wanted to hear your opinions or printouts of alignment specs that were really smooth with something of a similar setup.

Did you preload the coil at all or are you at only 2in of lift?

I just bought it but it sits pretty level so Im assuming its full 2.5 in the front and the 2ish in the rear. Addicted offroad front bumper and 4x4labs rear bumper for weight

That's also a 33, with the spindle & coilover lift I'm doing I think that'll look pretty small. I'm already on 32's with 885 springs & they're too small, will be about 2" higher next month. Nice weight savings you're getting tho, mpg's thank you!

Thank you. I looked at your info and saw 887s that's why I asked about it being 2in of lift. I have 887s so I'm thinking the 255s in your size probably are gonna rub pretty bad with a 4.3bs wheel. Thank you for the info tho.

I had the 887s on and decided to go with the 888's after adding dakar's in the rear. Haaa . I should update that. sorry for the confusion.

Haha no problem at all I figured that's what was going on. Kinda wishing I would have went with the 888s myself. I like the look of the 255s. I did my setup with all intentions of running 275s which I will probably still end up with.

I am a 255 fanboy. I love the long footprint. Those 275s will perform fine and look great too. I would agree that you would most likely get some rub with a 4.3bs

I don't have a 4Runner, but it probably doesn't matter for alignment purposes anyway. I think as long as you're as close to 0 as possible on toe & camber, you should run pretty smooth. I pushing 3.8-3.9 degrees caster, 0 toe & camber, and it runs smooth. also, no rubbing on/offroad except in sharp reverse turns.

edit - I should add that I have 255/85/16's on Icon's, LR UCA's, and Dakars.

Preaching to the choir here but holy shit what an impressive tire! Bought 265/75/16's yesterday and I had the ability just now to test them out in a downpour on paved roads, and through deep mud on dirt roads. There's actually a stretch of borderline passable dirt road on my way home where I normally turn the 4-high on for to get through the mud, but I kept it in 2-high for shits and giggles and the ST Maxx's didn't skip a beat! Just plowed right through. Loving this tire already. Excellent on and off road manners. I believe they're as quiet or quieter than the AT3's on the interstate and honestly I should've went with these from the start when I bought the truck.
