CMC all done. Not super bad. I'll outline it below:

    Cleaning up ready for cutting...

    IMG_0787.jpg

    All clean...

    IMG_0788.jpg

Used @JLee CMC steel to create an outline. Then grabbed the cutting disc and went to town...

    IMG_0789.jpg

    Cutting underneath...

    IMG_0792.jpg

All cut out. I will say I had to do quite a bit of grinding to get it to line up. Also test fit the wheels and cranked them around to make sure they cleared the cab mount. Took a little work after the initial cut. Better to leave some material on their and feather it back than to go too crazy...

    IMG_0793.jpg

Piece all welded back up. Welds were a little ugly on this side mostly because of the angle. The drivers side looked a LOT better. This of course is before grinding back...

    IMG_0796.jpg

All ground and painted. I'll be honest it looks COMPLETELY stock...

    IMG_0801.jpg

I used Krylon Rust Protector Semi-Gloss and it matches the frame PERFECTLY. Honestly this picture doesn't do it justice. I showed my wife and asked her where the work was done. She looked in the wheel well and pointed to the upper wheel well and said "did you modify this?" I showed her where we did and she couldn't believe that we had done anything there. Took a long time to get it to look flush and factory (4 hours total of work) but well worth it. There's no way an average Joe could pick that out. Very happy with the work! Now my tires clear over 1/2 inch!

Look what I got! Excited to try them out @KC HiLiTES. I'm going to wire them up this weekend and see how they look. I'll post my results. I will say, good quality, and I LOVE the black in between each LED housing. It'll look AWESOME on my truck!

Look who got a bath today. All kinds of metal shards all over it from the CMC, but now nice and clean...

Light bar all installed. Looks GREAT! As I mentioned, the quality of the KC bar is great. Very beefy and well built. I also LOVE the black in between each LED. I didn't document this install as well as some of the other ones I've done unfortunately. Let me tell you though it took WAY longer than expected. Because I used the KC lite with the Caliraised stealth bracket I had to do some modification of the bracket holes for the larger screw that KC uses to bolt into the bar. Frankly I'm surprised the Caliraised uses such a small screw to go into the sides of the light bar. If it's anything like the KC bar weight I'd be worried the screws would be a little flimsy. Also, it's WAY finicky to get the light bar on the brackets. I don't know that anyone else has mentioned that. It's such a tight area to be maneuvering around that it takes quite some time to get it in there and lined up with the holes/bolts. One more thing, poking it through the firewall wasn't too bad, but took some time. The hanger method only kinda worked. As soon as the wiring started making its way through the hanger pulled off the electrical tape I used. Luckily a little made it through and with some persuasion I was able to pull it the rest of the way. Anyway, enough rant - pictures below:

Grill taken out ready to insert the light bar:

    IMG_0806.jpg

Testing wiring. That's with all my lights on - HID's in my projectors, rigid industry fogs, and KC C-Series light bar right there in the middle... you know... that bright one that looks like the surface of the sun...

    IMG_0809.jpg IMG_0811.jpg

All lights off. I love the black in between each LED. I didn't want any "chrome" on the front of my truck and this served me well...

Been looking for a solid quality foam sprayer gun.... which one do you use? any tips on it or how you do it? looks like really good coverage and soap thickness. TIA

    I'm using this one:

    https://www.amazon.com/DUSICHIN-DUS...F8&qid=1492189724&sr=8-8&keywords=soap+cannon

It leaks a little bit but I just need to fix the washer in there. They pinched it. Does a great job! I've got quite the process for washing my cars. Goes like this:
    1. Rinse
    2. Soap Cannon and let soak for about 5 minutes
    3. Rinse
    4. Wash with microfiber wash mitt using 2 bucket method (one bucket clean water, one with soapy water - mitt from car to clean water to rinse, to soapy water, then back to car)
    5. Rinse
    6. Dry with microfiber waffle towels
    7. Vacuum/Wipe down Dash/Inside windows
    8. Done
Takes about an hour for the truck. Not too bad, but let me tell you it's clean as a whistle once it's done.

Nice! Do you use that gun with a pressure washer or does it just hook up directly to the hose?

Nope, with a pressure washer. I know they have some that don't require a pressure washer but I've never used them. I hear they're good though.

The Clazzio guys are AWESOME and did a spectacular job on the install! If anyone is ever on the fence about buying these, don't be. You WON'T EVER regret it. For the money, there's nothing better you can do for the truck.

100 mile post-lift torque done today. Everything was nicely torqued down except my sway bar mounts (3 of the 4 bolts were a little loose) and two U-bolt nuts in the rear. One was pretty significantly loose (about 3 full turns to match torque spec) and one was just barely loose and not up to torque. Kinda interesting. Makes me wonder if there was some weird settling in the one side on the rear or if it just kinda shimmied a little.
