    Just described. My job...

    I've worked there 28 years. The first 25 was great! I could work whatever hours I wanted, take days off when I wanted....Then we got. New boss. Shit changed. This asshole would just as soon take away all our vacation time. I have 6 weeks a year and have been able to use ONE day so far this year.
