A few have said, you were right. I said of course I'm right. I told you that.. Lol

I did the same LOL !!!

I kept telling them , think of your body when you get older . before I stopped working as a heavy equip diesel mech I had a couple young diesel techs under me . they kept asking me why I worked slowly and I told them you'll remenber this conversation when you get my age and a young tech asks you that same question

Back in the day when I got started in the electrical trade, there were no battery tools. I used to laugh when the older electricians used 'yankees' to screw in devices... not laughing now.

I always laugh when I see young diesel techs pulling tire/wheel assy off of a semi truck . those wheel /tires combined weigh over 250lbs and they make it look so easy . I always say to myself wait until they reach my age and see them pull a wheel /tire assy off and see how their back feels

I'm the only one in the shop that uses old gear oil cans to put tires on so I don't have to bend all the way to the floor to house up the tires.
    We will see.....

I watch as techs pull out assemblies and lift them on a table to work on them. I put them on the floor and sit down next to them. Pride goeth before the back and knees

Staying hydrated helps. I drink water and G2 Gatoraid. I keep a few large bottles of the rubbing alcohol on hand. I liberally apply it to the cramp.

Marty I 've been using this given to me by the VA and it works very well . also you need to drink a half gallon minimum of water per day and have heard of people drinking 125 ounces of water daily

You'll definitely know by your urine color if you're not getting enough water intake

I drink about 2 liters of water a day. Because that's what they told me to do after my kidney stone. I also pee all night. I know TMI

Word of caution with that muscle rub is it contains a high amount of Cayene pepper so wash your hands and dry them well before you accidently rub your eyes !! ..... Ask me how I know LOL !!!
