No need to apologize, humor is what gets us through the shitty times.

Not sure, the pictures don't look good but go in for a PET scan next week to see what stage it is.

It's amazing how we let complete strangers know stuff I haven't even told my parents:D

Drink LOTS of water after your PET scan, it'll make you feel much better to flush the contrast out!

I have the same front winch mount - but I use it to move my boat around the corner of my backyard (can't do it from the front and its easier to get into the tight spot)
Not sure what i'm going to do when I put my pelfrybilt bumper on though...

Any particular reason for replacing the calipers? Were they giving you issues?

Sorry to hear such news. My wife worked in out-patient cancer care for years. She always said the ones who were positive and humorous stayed strong. Sounds like you know this formula. Hang in there and stay strong!

I had a seised piston on the drivers side and the passenger side one piston wasn't cooperating well so I figured I'd replace both

Heck yes! I love the flat look , maybe later on down the line I'll get the truck flat black , but for now the clear coat on my gloss looks decent so no problems !!!

I agree. To a fault, almost. Every thread is 1000 damn pages so if you ever need some tech info, good luck =p

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
Just get the 4.88s. you'll only be revving slightly higher than stock on the freeway, but you'll need it with heavier tires and the aerodynamics of a brick.
