Do you need to remove the console to properly mount this?

No, to install you remove the felt at the bottom of the console and bolt the box in from the inside of the vault

Bed rug, ARE bed top, Weathertechs. Little goodies here and there!
There are some instructions I found online to reset. These are awesome and he's asking a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate.

I had one on my '14. You have to remove the top door on the console to get this in there. Not hard at all, just a bunch of screws to remove and a couple of plastic pieces. And to reset the combo you have to use something like a paperclip, stick it in a small hole on the side of the dial and set the numbers to what you want. If the mounting HW is not included you'll just need two longer bolts to secure this to the truck.

Yup, love mine. Easy install. Console lid has to come off but that's as hard as it gets

This is a great add-on at a nice price. 100% satisfied with mine. 30 minute install if that. #becausefuckthieves
