What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Oh good. Somebody else has snow too. All these people with their dry roads and trails were making me jelly.

 

Ohh Ive noticed that. More bullshit posts than actually answering the question. But thats fine, I am good at sifting the BS.

 

I have to ask, any rubbing with that rim/tire combo?

 

snow in the higher elevations, mud in the low ground. The taco is light, but once the sun started hitting the snow I'm glad I was travelling downhill on the way out.

 

Drove my truck to work and now it's outside my office window for me to look at.

How goes it on everyone's Taco Tuesday thus far?

 

Drove mine in, and then to my in laws house on my lunch break to check on my youngest.

My one year old had a fever yesterday afternoon, which turned out to be an ear infection.

Drove it back to work after, which on the way I saw what looked like an older guy driving what looked to be an orange PRO, and then, what I think is super unusual up here, saw a TSS edition drive by my job.

 

Negative..... flex and in reverse...... nothing

 

At the moment hold onto it for a few weeks until I can figure out how I'll be moving the trailer around. I might have to rig up a special device that allows me to mount a hitch to the front of the truck using the shackle points. I'm only pushing and pulling it at slow speeds so it should be fairly simple.

 

Ear infections... The bane of both of my girl's existence until we had their tonsils out and tubes put in. Wishing the best for your mini to get over it quick.

I hardly pay attention to any stock tacomas any more. There are so many of them around in the Phoenix area. I drive by @SDHQ every day and always drool at the PRO Tacoma and PRO T4R they have out front. Those are sexy machines.

 

Got a $50 Amazon gift card in my account just begging to be spent. Think I'll try some cheap sound deadener to start stuffing a door or two. Any recommendations guys?

 

Thank you sir! My oldest (3 year old) is already on his second set of ear tubes, both of which only stayed in for a bout a year or a bit less.

For his second set, the ENT went in and removed adenoids as well as part of the process and that seemed to help. Hasn't gotten an ear infection since then, KNOCK ON WOOD.

My youngest is on her 3rd year infection. Previous two times were a double ear infection, this time around is just on the right side.

Should really stop looking around while I wait before I make a bad decision

The last time I looked up the Washington law it only applied to passenger vehicles (which say "PASS" on their registration). My Tacoma says "TRUCK" on it's registration, I haven't determined exactly what that means other than the license costs more because of the gross weight fee. My previous trucks were all commercial ("COMM" on the registration) so the tinting law didn't apply to them. I don't like dark windows so I never tested it. Don't count on law enforcement understanding all this.
