2005-2015 Did they make a Limited SR5

Purchased a 2010 Tacoma SR5 Double Cab 4x4 in October 2016.... Truck is Timberland Green with Tan Leather interior... 6 disk changer, satellite radio, backup camera and similar SR5 options! Was at toyota dealer having Rear Spring recall done and Dealer said this was a rare truck to come with factory leather? I didn't think much but got home and looked and it does not appear to have the Leather seat covers. Looks like Leather in the wife's Honda Passport which we purchased as factory option.. can someone enlighten me as to if they made a limited SR5 during these years. My last truck was a 99 Toyota 4 runner 4x4 limited and this looks exactly like leather used in my old truck.

 

Could be aftermarket leather put in by dealer. I believe my wife's old highlander with aftermarket leather.

 

AFAIK, all TRD/Limited models are SR5 badged.

 

My 2015 sport doesn't have a single SR5 badge on it.

And I briefly looked at the limited for leather, but hated all the extra chrome the package came with. I don't recall an SR5 badge on those either. It could be that 2005 - 2011 2nd gens were always badged as an SR5.

They stopped using the SR5 badge after 09-10. TRD package already has the sr5 package plus the TRD extras.

 

I recall looking at Tacomas in 2010/11 and there being a sign "ask your salesman about Katzkin leather" and there being at least one TRD with it installed already. I'd imagine whomever purchased your truck new opted to have the upgrade done at the time of purchase. Katzkin does alot of OEM collaboration type stuff. They make a damn fine product!

As far as I know there are no limited Tacomas for these years. They had limited 4runner and tundra. I may be wrong and if I am it means they are in fact rare
