Got a killer deal on the new range and microwave. Upgraded to convection oven! Now just need to sell the old set up.

pretty cool looking flights of stairs, resembles stairs in my place (..cleaning light fixtures in the vaulted areas nearly impossible!) ...is that a three story dwelling, or two stories + basement?...

    good job!

Thank you! Yeah it's a pretty awesome entryway, so the color change helped transform the look of the entire foyer. Hoping to update the light fixtures to something more modern next. It's 2 stories + basement.

I just got a nearly identical LG set. Mines gas. And I love the look of your set!

I have a nearly identical unit, but gas, and the oven temp is spot on. (I keep one thermometer in it and spot check every month or so with another. Obsessive, yes!)

They are temporary structures no matter how you build them

temp has to be correct for recipes to turn out right. Our stove is propane top and electric/convection bottom and its flaky...either too cold or when you want 400 degrees and its off temp I try to compensate by going to 425 and it goes to 450....I have a couple sensors I need to replace otherwise Im going to replace the whole thing.

Have not had a chance to try it out.

Thank you! Now they match the fridge and dishwasher. Got the stove and microwave for $680 brand new out the door. They were a custom order return and a few extra family discounts added on haha

What would you build then, or is it just a material choice?

The house I just bought has two large decks very well maintained by the original owner. One has a large pergola/shade structure. He recently (1.5 years ago) spent a couple grand on repairs

During the pest inspection, about $7100 of pest issue came up, both section 1 and section 2. Of that, about 6500 was just on the decks, and one was not even inspected underneath due to screened access.
They are both fundamentally sound structures, but have nickel-and dime rot spots all over them.

Stone patios last forever. If the site grading allows a patio, I would go stone every day.

    Terrace and fill.

Sorry. Not trying to be a dick, I know you've decided what you want and I am sure it will be awesome, especially if you are building it. But I'm already trying to figure out how I might accomplish this at the new house. It is also on a slope, and needs to allow access from 2 different doors that would be at least a 6 foot drop or so without the deck.

I'm spending a shit ton (or metric ass load) on this thing. It will last for as long as i'm at the house. Hopefully longer.
