Just called and placed my order. They don't sound like they're really well organized yet. But regardless, they placed my order.

Things CVT asked when I was on the phone:

Are you paying us? Or someone on the forums?
Do you know what the discount is?

I feel someone here should maybe call CVT and get this all ironed out to hopefully make this go as smooth as possible.

They are doing exactly as we agreed on.

They will be asking you questions to make sure you are a legit participant and not someone that found this thread on the interwebs and is trying to sneak in.

Yep, I have a trip coming up. Last minute scramble to make sure I have all of my supplies.

I will be forwarding the list over to @Cascadia Tents .

They will review the list and based on their tent stock, they will tell me who can order by spot number.

Ordering will NOT be based on list order. It will be based on inventory.

Do NOT contact CVT to purchase a tent unless I provide you with ordering instructions.

Also, @steelstacks (t4r.org) and @bigears2303 (t4r.org) - You have until the end of today to tell me what you want. If not, I will award your spots to wait list participants.
