    My client is a genius, genius af.
    This is the beginning of a pivoting door, it will be clad in concrete when done. He designed/engineered this from scratch, should be patented. It lifts up a 1/4 inch off the ground too open and close, and drops back down to lock in place. I'll post pictures when done.
    Estimated cost to build one for someone else, 40k.
