Signs of appendicitis is pain in the lower right stomach area. Painful if jarred. Push in with your fingers toward the pain and release quickly. If it is painful when you release, bad sign. Jump in the air and land stiff legged. If painful, bad news.

I was tested quite extensively 3000 miles from a decent hospital. No pain from any of the tests. Turned out it was just a slow turd.

Where was your pain when you were having the issues? I'm not in any type of bad pain. No pain rebound when pressing in and releasing. Very slight when jumping. And just moving around I can feel it.

I keep telling myself something of the Sort. I'm just worried because it's in the lower right portion of my stomach.

If it is still bad in the morning get it checked out. Sleep is gonna help it most

About 2 inches to the right of my belly button, .5-1 inch down. It was a dull steady pain for 5-6 hours.

The rebound/bounce is supposed to be a real kicker if it appendix. But, I did not sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night either.

haha let's hope it's a slow turd like Brian. @Sandytaco14 initially, it felt like pressure similar to gas kinda all over my stomach. I had no idea to push in the general area of my stomach. It almost felt like I was tearing from the inside. It was miserable, you saw the pics of me face down in the grass. When I went to the doctor he simply had me lay on my back and he pushed all over my stomach, the instant he got to the lower right I screamed. It wasn't from jumping, and it wasn't rebound either. Any slight pressure he put there ruined me. Now, this was 3 days into the pain and the ER told me I was close to rupture. If you are in the early stages it should just be pain similar to how I first described or possibly how Brian did. The key though is that the pain is in the lower right. At the ER they tapped on the bottom of my right foot and it sent a shockwave right to my appendix that nearly made me cry.

I'm not miserable, and barely in any pain. But it's still in that same spot this morning. I didn't feel any pain at all until I got up for a second. Now I can just tell it's there, but no actual pain. Pressing in or jumping is nothing.

I'm going to guess that isn't appendicitis then. Possibly gas pressure. I used to get that a lot as a kid. See if laying down and either getting in the fetal position or pulling a knee up to your chest helps.

So you were miserable less than 24 hours after your first symptom?

Day one started out with pain every couple hours. Day 2 started off fine but then before lunch it became a constant pain. Day 3 felt like death.
