    Friend and I did 6 briskets at his place a few months back for a party he was having. I've done brisket/pork butt on mine at the same time and done multiple roasts as well as a big ole turkey.

    I need to break mine down and do some cleaning was noticing last night she needs a good cleaning when I was doing the steaks.

    I was suprised the one I go to carried brisket, I dont recall them carrying beef tongue. I wasnt really looking for it at the time though so its a possibility.

    haha, our new kroger has a bar too, wine and craft beer, next to the sushi bar. Not a great selection on meat though, hardly ever find a whole packer there.

    Last time I was in Texas the HEB we stopped at in Round Rock had a whole setup making fresh tortillas. For someone from the NW that only ever had packaged tortillas before that was mind blowing, so good.

    Have been wanting one of them for a few things but could never get myself to put out the kind of money they want for them and I rarely find them on like that CL place. One of my friends bought the one that Sam's sells (can't remember brand) and loves it.
