I kegged my other pils and added 2 oz premiant hops, its been carbonating.
I just poured some, not done carbonating, the premiant have given it a pungent, sharp, almost skunky note (no this beer never saw sunlight).
I dont think I will touch premiant again. OTOH, its very green with 2 oz of pellet hops just put in Saturday.

The Gose I doctored with grapefruit juice and lactic is tasty, but needs some more salt to get back on style.

The IPA was kegged (no dry hops yet) and will carbonate when the pils is done.

    Sweet!

I just kegged an American wheat and a cream ale. Now they're carbonating in the new to me keezer I got. I also have a really dry English cider.

I'm digging all the space I have to grow into. My old kegerator only had space for two cornies.

My tower only has two taps. I think it's time to add a third... and to mount it to the lid somewhere.

Was in Peru last month and had three of these while watching the Peru-Venezuela soccer game. Quite malty, but I found it went down very well! Haven't found it locally yet.

    Stuff and junk and things...

My kegerator can fit 5 corney's in it with 3 taps. My biggest issue now is I have 15 gallons of IPA fermenting and 0 kegs to put it in. I'll have to pull some of my Pale ale's to "condition" in the basement while I carb up the IPA.

My current Brew stand, Will be adding a pump and building a counter flow chiller soon. 1:15 to cool 15ish gallons is taking way too long!

Hunahpu. I picked up this Zhukov variant when I was in Tampa for Hunahpu Day. :)

I would assume Lakeland. It's between Tampa and Orlando.

    Very cool set up!

I don't have a lot of space to brew in currently so I do 5 gallon BIAB mostly; with an extract batch every now and again.

I'm seriously considering doing a electric brew set up but I'm thinking I'd do a two vessel system with HERM and a bag/basket for mash tun/boil vessel. That way I could sparge a little.

Or RIMS system and stick with a single vessel no sparge method.

Unfortunately I blew most of my play money on a new truck... going to have to start stashing it away again.

    Never.
I am on vacation, so it is lunchtime all the time.
Went to a local brewery yesterday for lunch.
Had a a stout, an ipa and their seasonal pils.
All were solid. The pils was my favorite.

I'm planning to go electric in the next year or so (I've been planning it for a few years lol). Probably 3 vessel. Haven't settled on RIMS or HERMS yet. Current setup is LP with pretty much all gravity feed. Going to look at hardware at NHC this year and decide.

Very cool. I like the wood stand. I wish I had space for something like that.

Let us know what you see at NHC. A buddy from my brew club is going too. Sounds like it's a pretty fun event.

If you like a super dirty, gritty, dbl ipa then I recommend it. Definitely a slow drink. I would pair it up with seafood, cold, cured, meats; or a fruit platter.

Went to a John Harvard's brewery/restaurant for dinner.
    Tried a few samples.
Their White Widow Amber was my favorite followed by the IPA. Least liked was the stout. Was trying to be too much and never hit the mark on anything.
The most interesting brew they had was the "Bavarian Pretzel" ale. Smelled like fresh baked bread and had a nice flavor.
