If I don't catch shit, then yes. You'll find me at a nearby Sushi bar catching fishes with a chopstick and hammering down Saki Bombers:thumbsup:

So my father in-law wants a burger for lunch tomorrow. Where should we go?

    Smash burger?
    Cold beer and cheeseburgers?
    Lenny burger?
    Twin peaks?

I'm in north phx so mesa and Gilbert are not options. Also, any extreme westside joints are out cause I know you one of you shit heads will throw in a tonopah, or something like the wild horse by lake pleasant burger joint.

My first day in PHX I went to a place called Ingo's Tasty food.

    Just looked it up, @ 4502 N 40th St.

Pretty damn good burgers, and they were reasonably priced too. Kind of a hipster place but I just wanted to pound down a lunch sized burger.

Also it's like a hole in the wall burger joint called paradise valley burger company, not really a beer place like others but has some creative and great tasting burgers.

Gonna have to try them too. My only issue w/ Ingos was I personally cook "pink medium" burgers 'till the juice runs clear, but mine still had some red juice. I accept that's a preference thing and it was still super delicious, but with ground meat I tend to look at the juices as my "doneness" meter: Red/Needs a little more > Clear/Just right > Brown/a little too much but probably still fine > None/oh god what have you done this is a meat frisbee now.

Back on the topic of offroading, I also need to find a good place to give my Taco a thorough dusting in that beautiful red clay. :headbang:
I like navigating obstacles, but there's also something to be said about getting tail happy and kicking up rooster tails of dust on smooth but loose surfaces.:D
