I've considered debadging too but I'd want to take the graphic off the side as well and I'm concerned that I'm going to see a difference in the paint color after thanks to the florida sun. I think I'm going to give plasti-dip a try with the emblems first and see how that goes.

If you don't mind me asking, what lift did you go with on yours?

 

On road, so far great. Off road, ill find out twice in the next 2 weeks

It's his standard rear, but it's so solid I'm blown away.

 

The Rustoleum Bedliner works really well and has a nice texture to it which also hides imperfections. I used it on my old skids and it looked really nice once done. It was also hard to scratch.

I have used their 2/1 paint and primer on some other projects and it has held up very well.

 

Get the brackets that don't require you to trim the plastic. I got the Caliraised and didn't realize that I had to trim it. The brackets are great I just would have rather not done the trimming.

I think the CBI and probably some others might not have to trim.

 

I removed my battery hold down and cleaned it up and derped the crap out of it and put it back on.

 

Did this last week, had to put a small dab of clear RTV silicone in the right two knobs to keep them on but still be able to remove them if I need to.

 

Mine fit real snug. See how long they stay tight. Wife didn't even notice I swapped them. I had to tell her. She likes them a lot though.

 

My Wife still has not noticed or does not care LOL

new cover fits perfect. couldnt ask for a better product.


Decided for now to put the stock cover over it to give it extra strength.
