Went out and tried to get a video, but only the first shaft is visible since it was dark. Its downloading now.

I was thinking about taking it out, so I'll do that after I eat and see how it behaves tomorrow.

I took off my driveshaft last year while I chased some vibes of my own. Just don't blow a clamshell seal like I did ha

 

Ummm, not yet..... Hence "be right there"

 

Looked at the video, could only see the tail end of the front shaft where it goes into the CB... no observable vibes there. Would they both vibrate or just one?

I'll take off the CB drop and see what it does tomorrow.

 

Are you visiting some of our old friends up there?

 

The vibe is typically centered at the u joint. At least that is what I have been told.

what would you say the likelyhood is of breaking a rod in a stock 03 tundra 4x4 with 2uz?
