Got mine today ordered from Amazon on March 29th and they came in today not too bad on shipping time... They fit good and tight! I am surprised how well they look will probably order a black set for the 4wd knob next.

Just got mine but can't see the marks on the knobs when the lights are off so I had to put a small dot on each

Anyone else having issues with their little lights staying on in the older 2nd gen HVAC assemblies?

I got a set of the incandescent bulbs off ebay because there was zero light from the old bulbs. At first, everything lit up but now the right side doesn't work.

Annoying part is that if I pull the assembly out and tap on the back of the bulb it works again... Until I restart the truck. Super annoying!

The same shit everyone else has.
Either they came from the future or it took almost a year for them to show up?

The bases dont fit super tight. Get some very thin wire and add a few wraps around the bulb contacts on each side of the base. Itll help em from moving around

I installed them. We went for a drive. I had windows down and she said she was cold. I said "turn on the heat". She adjusted all three knobs with at first a slight hesitation. But said nothing. She adjusted them again on way home. Once home I had to say something. I pulled out the knob and held it in front of the new knobs. She said "I knew something was different" lol.

She loves them. Then said "what about the 4x4 knob?"

That doesn't count. I'm going to see how long it takes her to notice.
