    Not much to see but finished the rear housing and put the axles in to test... no warpage!! :) also mounted the front lowers on the frame and started the upper mounts on the frame. Now I just need shock mounts, fuel, brakes, brake lines with proportioning valve in the cab, spare tire and jack mounts, paint... just a few things :oops: then on to the front!

    Upper/lower links and mounts done, carrier bearing mount done







    Did a little flexing, full bump to full droop with no binding, at the axle ends it measured over 30" difference :)

    14" coilover and 16" bypass, that will give me 24" of travel, probably bump and strap just a little shy of that

    Brake controller in the center console. Brake lines are routed from the master cylinder back to the axle, just need to hookup the calipers

    Yes sir. I need to trim these down a lot more but everything cut from the stock tank so it will all use original gaskets and mounts. Fingers crossed but me reason it shouldn't run just like normal
