I also think sustainable goes past just materials. With Prinsu I have used only local machinists and suppliers. Doing so is part of creating a sustainable economy and not relying on overseas manufacturing.

 

I wish my boss would subscribe to this. I all to often am forced to source from China just to cut costs.

 

Can someone that has a 40 light bar post some pics of they mounted it?

 

This is helpful, can you send me a pic of the top, where the mounting brackets attached to the rack.

 

No brackets. Just a non-HD crossbar from the previous non-cutout fairing. Drilled the holes all the way through the crossbar and mounted the light bar and then mounted it up on the rack. Nothing to it really

 

Probably will make sense when I get my rack together.

 

There is a how to on one of the other prinsu topics. He goes into detail on how to do this.

Mines not mounted on the truck yet but if I remember when I get home from work I'll try and snap a picture. I test fit for my TRS Morimoto 40" bar, pretty sure I used the mounts that came with it but they're pretty standard looking. Everything made a ton more sense when I put the rack together so once you get it I'm sure it'll be no problem

mine says expected delivery on Monday. But the tracking details just say its been picked up. Most of the time UPS is good

I have an Access Cab. Zach had some in stock. So I only waited for my payment to clear, and then he shipped right away. ACFTMFW

 

Getting ready to close out week 6 here ... I wonder how an AccessRac would look on a double cab ..

 

@90yota is convinced my rack is for a double cab.. and therefore I will sell it to him

I dont think a half rack would be that good. Just like a half rack of ribs is not as good as a full rack

 

Damn, hoping we all get lucky and he gets all of them out here shortly. Be nice to have this ready to install here in a few weeks. Here I thought I 3wks was long time.
