Eh, don't let the asshole neighbor drag you down to his bitter, unhappy level. Assholes do asshole things; you can't change that. If he pisses you off and ruins your day, he wins.

Rinse/wash the truck off and move on. I'm as detail-crazy as they come, but I know that a car left outside is only going to be clean for a day or so anyway. And as for the noise, takl to the crew next time. They'll probably heed your concerns.

 

Get up and go wash the lawn crews vehicle next time they come to do the yard.
