    The gravel roads at Long Cane were still very dusty. The dirt roads were sorta wet, though. I have a combination of dust and weird mud in the wheel wells right now.

    Idk. We just had a bunch more rain move in.
    I just waxed the truck couple weeks ago after having it caked with mud. I despise mud. May not go.

    I hate mud. But this is my last chance to get to the lake before the trails with lake access shut down in a few weeks. I've lost most of my interest in HPR since they blocked off the favorite campsite with large boulders. Lake access is the only reason why I'm willing to go tomorrow. And sandwiches from the country store.

    Cmon....I've had breakfast there....they aren't that great. Honestly, I would just rather go to Devils fork, old Towne, table rock or many of the other access sites around the lakes. Probably throw a couple fishing poles in the back and hit them places. HPR is just getting a bit boring because I've been there a ton.

    The road that leads past jumping rock down to the lake may already be closed down. There's some endangered bird up there that mates this time of year and they close access. Read about it somewhere.
