    Any recommendations for how to paint the chrome grille "frame" (around where the mesh would go)? I'd like to turn that chrome into a matte or low-gloss black color.

    It really depends on what else I've got going on at that given time. In this case it's a batch - post office will love me tomorrow. :D

    Sorry, I don't have a process for this - most folks will use plasti-dip for covering the chrome as it's simple & cost effective.

    Ah that ain't no good. If I bought a grill and shipped it to you could you help me out there? I'd pay you good. I have one on my truck but the guy who put mine on cut the whole inside of the grill out so it isn't deep at all.. but if you can't that's ok too. Thanks!

    Realistically it's more cost effective and quicker to purchase a new color matched oem grill to mod.
    If you already had the inner modded for a deep satoshi it would make sense.
