assult rifle and hand gun were a distant second

    here is the description:

"You're insane! You couldn't care less about your personal safety, and just want to see the blood flow! Well, in any case, you best bet is a chainsaw and when that runs low on gas, a battle axe. While you'll take out a hundred or so zombies in your bloodlust, you'll do equal amount of damage to the survivors once you become one of them. You're a liability, but I won't be the one telling you. I'll be too busy running the fuck away."

I love this quiz! haha I did it again and this is what it says for shotgun:

Crowbar and shotgun is an extremely effective post-apolacypse combination for the average person. You may not have advanced military training, but that doesn't mean you won't own ass with the proper weapons. Just practice those reloading skills. The average pump-action shotgun only holds 5-7 shells. If you find yourself in a sticky situation, trust your crowbar. Its the key to all doors, windows and if need be, a blunt weapon efficient for breaking skulls.

I went with the actual survival approach although I wouldn't mind having a combination of all of these for varying situations.

On a side note, a very interesting book to read is World War Z by Max Brooks. I read it and have the audio book. Both are awesome! Although don't listen to the audiobook at 4 in the morning while driving back from Northern Saskatchewan....you might just scare the crap out of yourself like I did.

You're a little more combat capable then the average person. While you don't have a crowbar or anything to tear open doors or break windows, your combat boots will do you just fine. You're either a well rounded, master of all trades, or you've had military training. In any case, I'm stickin' with you. You seem to know what your doing.
