So I have been waiting patiently for my Avid steps and light bar since Brandon emailed me with the shipping info. I have been checking the tracking everyday and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday the 2nd. I was home all day, door bell never rang and this morning when I left for school there was nothing posted to my door(s). Just got home at 12:30 and there was 3 delivery attempt stickers on my front door! They said 9am on the 1st, 9am on the 2nd and 1245 today! W.T.F. So I call the number and after fighting with the stupid animated system for 15 minutes finally get a half english spoken human. Tried telling me it was my fault and I would now have to drive 2hrs to the distribution center to pick my packages up. So another 30 mins on the phone and 3 people later, they say they are going to "try" and deliver one more time tomorrow. End Rant.

Why would they try to re deliver the same day? Normally they come back the next day.

 

give whoever your talking to on the phone one of these and say you better personally drive that shit to my house RIGHT NOW!!!!

 

They were probably being lazy and only attempted to deliver once, then put three notices at the same time. If the distro center is 2 hours away that probably has something to do with it.

 

UPS sucks too. All of the delivery companies suck and are not dependable.

 

I dont think they did... still have a lot of snow here and I can tell who has been in my driveway They screwed up somewhere and are trying to blame it on me... I really hope the same driver comes tomorrow.

I kind of agree, but way to have a corporation run like that. BS. That is their job!

 

Could've just been a lazy driver that claimed he tried the deliveries. Might not have been the company at all.
