    Whole bunch of shit! $$$
I wouldn't "buy" any thing for a warranted truck, Toyota would buy them for me.

That may be true but I also think it is the most sold Tacoma Model so it would make sense that it would have more issues.

Working for me so far.....slowly but surely. I do love the used, almost new parts, I've been getting from the TRD Off Roads though.....and saved about 10k in the process.

    Okay.

The bad part is the radiator bushings, not the cab mount. The Toyota Tech is slightly misleading but I check the part number.

As stated earlier, same crappy part in the second gen.

The solution is to put the energy suspension radiator bushings in your truck.

The Toyota cab mounts there's four of them, sometimes referred to as body mounts are pretty good in my opinion, no issues with those it's just the radiator ones that are terrible

Yes definitely. The tech did refer to the "radiator bushing" as cab/body mounts and he stated there are six total.

Thanks for publishing the link to the ES mounts... When you spoke of tearing down washboard roads (in the other thread) it reminded me that right before I heard the noise I was tearing down a bad washboard road. I thought the truck was going to shake itself to pieces! Anyway, I wouldn't doubt if that's what caused the cab to shift and permanently destroy the OE cushion.

Radiator. They are undersized, too soft right from the factory.

In my experience I never heard of second generation having problems so soon like thirgens are. For second gen the bushings collapse over time, like a slow death.

Having replaced the cab mounts on my truck and carefully inspecting them, they appear well made and I found no issues with mine. And mine saw severe off road vibration at seven years age.

Trucks not a lemon. This was the only issue I've had with it.
