I only know of one junk yard that has pull it yourself parts.. its in Maryland, about an hour away. I think its called Chaz's U Pull it. Other junk yards Ive found were kinda expensive. But I havent looked for truck stuff recently.

It would be great if they work, but I don't want them bad enough to pay several hundred bucks for brand new ones from Toyota.

I think when I was sourcing axles for going LT, I only located one first gen in 5 junk yards. Not to say it isn't worth a shot, but I wonder if dealerships might have a junk bin somewhere?

I'm from there originally and lived there for 23 years (born in Chesapeake General)... my mom, dad, sister, and her husband all live down there... so I come down pretty often to hang out with family and such.

I'm going to have to pass this time. I have a few trucks riding up with me to the Fredricksburg All Toyota meet that day now. Doing my snorkel install with a local guy May 6th. Thanks for the opportunity

I spent about 10 years in VB...worked for college, but man my hobbies took a hell of a toll being there and out of the scene.

I feel for you man, the other shitty part is they dredge VB sooo much. Unless you roll out to sandbridge, make the commute out to rodanthe for some legit waves. It would drive me nuts how limited they make the beaches. Maybe one day the wife will get tired of it?

We do Chick's Beach for my daughter and Sandbridge. I hate the Oceanfront. I plan to go ride on the beaches in Nc this year as this is my first 4x4 truck that can make the drive. I already set the goal to live in the mountains when I retire, so she has 20 years to be ready. Haha

I'm sure we won't move full time until my daughter is done with school. I want to move or atleast get a vacation home in the mountains. So far away from here.

Yes inded. This one is short for Chesapeake Beach
