With a little effort you can polish the end. Nice job on the prepping and paint!

If your gonna do it, might as well do it right. But the goal posts are gonna stay down unless I'm towing on the highway. It looks ridiculous when trucks have em flipped up without a trailer.

Drove one when my truck was in the body shop. I'll stick with the Tacoma.

Referring to the mirrors. In particular, people who drive around without a trailer but have their tow mirrors flipped up.

    Too many to list.
As usual I spent some money. The biggest purchase was the Dremel I needed to expand the holes. I used the existing bolts protruding in the inside of the roof. Cost me a little over $25 without the Dremel.
Now I can have the lights installed on the slotted angles and hang stuff off of them if needed.

The dremel is a great tool to have. I use mine pretty frequently, and even on household projects sometimes!

Started gathering up my camping gear for the overnight camping trip I'm doing with my kids tomorrow. The procession of rubbermaid bins/totes in the garage to be loaded in the bed under the tonneau cover is growing.

I know after this trip I'm going to seriously be looking at taking the tonneau cover off and replacing with some fabbed bed bars or a soft topper or a combo of the two.

I'm going to be putting some mileage on this thing over the Summer getting as far away from the cauldron of the Phoenix metro area as possible...!

I always wanted one and never thought of getting one. Makes a job so much easier and pro looking.

Truth. Anytime I'm working on a project the dremel comes out. So it's pretty much on my workbench ready to be used everyday :D

Great job, that reminds me to pickup some cheap angle iron for projects. Also reminds me I need a step bit. Takes too much time to grind out holes with my Dremel.
