    NUTTIN'... FOR NOW... HAHA...
Been dipping since 2007... I get either Cope long cut for $5 or Grizzly straight for $3.25... I swallow the juice so I can get a stronger buzz... Keep it in for about an hour and then pop another one in... And oh yeah, I go through a can a day... Never felt like puking from dip itself, however I do gag when on a thermogenic supplement and dip at the same time...

For sure, smokless tobacco can give the user 2-3 times as much nicotene as cigs depending on the brands. That makes chewing a much harder habit to break as far as nicotene replacement goes.

be careful fellas, Iv been chewing for about 5 years and I had to have surgeory for my gums about 6 months ago. On a lighter note I love the Cope wintergreen and with the promo price its about $3.35 around here. cheaper than grizz in some places

I do it, been doing it for about 12 years. For me though...its situational. Im at work, can go all day w/o it. Not even think about it. Get into the truck, or after working out at the gym and suddenly I want one. Wish I could stop.

Been chewing for about 9 years. Right now I'm into Cope pouches. I used to dip snuff but it gets all over the place and it's hard not to notice when I'm in the office. But I need to quit. Wife's been on my back lately about it, primarily because I had quit for a good 5 mos, then the stress of buying a house and having a baby sent me over the edge. Now that things have calmed down a bit, I'm considering dropping this habit for good. Matter of fact, I'm down to 4 pouches in my can. Maybe I'll try when this can runs out!
