Can't help you find some other outlet, all I am worried about is you damaging the shoulder
The jackass comment was a joke, you need to find a comfortable position and get a few minutes nap in somewhere.

 then get your doc to put you on temporary disability for that long!!!

Mikey is just concerned for your health - you haven't been back @ work that long, and you needed more surgery to repair even more damage. We all are concerned for you.

:rofl: said in your best Matlock voice

 that's the attitude. You have to look out for number one, since we have seen that your work sure doesn't care!

    Sound wisdom.
That's why I switched jobs after 33 years of mangling my body.
Same company. Less pay, no stress or callouts.
Of course i miss my old job, but the heavy lifting is over.

This is a great post. Too bad we can't burn it into a 2x4 and play whack a mole when Chris @Casper66 won't listen and do as told. :boink:

See this is where the 2x4 comes in handy. Get outta line go against orders and bang, corrective actions.

As you know you'll empathy here but not much sympathy none of us are snowflakes. One of Chucks favorite saying comes to mind, the one about pain being weakness leaving the body. Well sometimes pain is the body saying STOP FOOL. Your on the mend and it takes time but you know this. We are all pulling for you and will harass the hell out of you for as long as it takes.

This last paragraph is spot on. Controlling the pain will do wonders for your morale.

A much more efficient use of your time off. This gives you an hour and 40 minutes more of playtime.:thumbsup:

My wife ran the truck through the car wash.
    The new windshield leaks.
I'm about ready to buy a jeep.

Mine hasn't leaked water, but there is wind noise on the highway. With all the lift-off and bolt on roof pieces, it doesn't seal out wind noise very well.
