Anyone have what the factory alignment specs are?

I just had my alignment done after my 2" Icon lift and the positive camber is still pretty noticeable.

:anonymous: Firestone unfortunately. They are having a sale on their lifetime alignment for $149.

IIRC OEM caster calls for 1.4-2.7 or so. I'm surprised they got yours that low - I'd say it should be at least 3.0 on both sides, with as little toe and camber as possible.

Factory alignment numbers can vary a lot`by vehicle model; ex. GRN305L-CRFSHA.

Get the front caster close to 3 and it will drive much better. If you can find one bring it to a shop that aligns vehicles and not computers, that will make a big difference.

Do you know which one is for the DCSB V6 TRDOR? I downloaded the service manual spec sheet but not sure which one is ours.

You've got your C's confused. Toe and camber are around 0. Caster specs are somewhere in the 1-3 range for the truck, but for bigger tires typically 2.5+.

OP, camber seems high to me, and caster seems very low. But how does it drive? :)

Firestone can be hit or miss. The one I go to has a guy with a lifted tundra with 35s and a lady with a sweet quicksand TRD off-road, and are very helpful dialing in whatever I need. If you have several around you and this one is no good, maybe try another.

Yeah, I figure my camber should have been around 0 or very little positive camber. It drives just fine, I'm just worried about the premature wear on the tires from having too much positive camber up top.

Is it the 2016 tacoma service manual? I downloaded the PDF from another thread.

Yes, you're totally right. Caster should be in the (roughly) 1.4-2.7 range. Camber and toe as low as possible.

Although for some reason right now, I'm running 4.0/4.1 caster, and it feels grrrrrrreat

how did you do that? i maxed out around 3.4 or 3.5 iirc. my guy is a pro on racecars, this is his first truck, but he nailed it. but I'm still wanting more. i would pay money for something that allowed more caster.

Upper control arms will do just that. Depending which you get, they either have extra caster built into them or provide additional adjustment points.
