I am ok with "blunt", as long as it's helpful. I know it's a lot of work. Wondering if anyone done it. I figure fiberglass flares are required, unless someone figured it out without buying flares. No fender liner or at least new wheel tubs or even no wheel tubs. And part of the top inside fender that would seriously need to be cut. And yes a major cab shop, most likely a relocation of the cab mount.

So is everyone on 35s running a 6" lift?

Yep. I did it with about 2.5" of lift.

I rubbed on road in reverse only. Stuffed and turned it would rub a little on the body.

While sometimes I hate my 35's it looks so much better than 33's. the smaller lift looks good too I think.

They ride like crap with too much preload adjustment in my opinion. Which is why I keep mine where they are.

Did you ever consider doing the toytec 1 inch body lift? Ive heard that allows you to fit 35s when coupled with a 2-2.5 suspension lift. Really like the 35 look but am scared to cut... lol

No, not a fan of body lifts. I'll deal with the rubbing over a body lift lol cutting isn't too bad. Once you make your first cut then you'll get the jitters out. Kind of like getting your first scratch wheeling. The rest of the scratches are whatever

I'm running 35x12.50s on 18x12 -44 on a DCSB. 6.5" lift up front, CMC, quite a bit of trimming. Still have more trimming to do on the tab the fender flare screws too. Just got it aligned and VSC calibration at the dealer. Alignment worked great, drives like a dream - the VSC recal didn't work. It goes off less than before the calibration, but it still goes off.

    Dudes doing 35's on 2.5-3" lifts....man I really don't know how y'all do it.

Also, DON'T FEAR CUTTING! It's just plastic! I did my fenders and bumper with a box cutter. Trace or tape off your cut line and use a dremel if you want to be super accurate.
