    Too much to list!
For the butyl deadener I used Stinger's Expert Roadkill. Identical to Dynamat, but much less $$$. Closed cell foam is Ensolite from RAAM Audio. And to top it off Ultra Touch Denim cotton insulation. On my 2015, I had a fourth layer of Audimute mass load vinyl on the floor and doors. It's too heavy for the roof. Adding 4 layers does make the outside noises quiet and the music better.

So i got a question have any of you had a problem with the arms for your gass door rot off? If so are there any good options out there besides chrome? I've been looking around but haven't found any thing besides getting the kit and having a paint shop paint it for a ridiculous amount, or doing some thing chrome and there is not a chance in hell i'm going that route just won't work for my truck.

Nice! I would like the details on how you built it. I've been thinking of doing something like that.

Are the arms that attaches the door to the truck rotting, or is the actual fuel door rotting?

    It's the arms that attach.

Dang, is that from road salt or what? Maybe the arms are made from the same stuff used in our frames.

Probably because I live right next to the ocean and didn't think to use some WD40 from time to time.

I have at least four of them! I still have my original one speed from the early 80's and it still works great. The latest one I purchased is a cordless one I use the most now, it is badass. Just as powerful as the corded ones and with two batteries, I've never run out of power on any job. It's just so handy! Over the years I've collected probably 1,000 bits for them.

The same shit everyone else has.
Si. Cant justify the price of an ARB, nor can I mount the size I want on an access cab roof rack.

Thanks. Once I get it 100% sorted I can post some more pics and better details.

    The tarp is 8'6" x 11'4".

The poles are 7' poles from Cabelas.

4 guy lines keep the tarp tight.

The cross bar is 13/16" Unistrut cut in to two 5' pieces.

The bar is put back together with 2 straight brackets, 4 carriage bolts, and 4 wing nuts. I filed the holes on one of the straight brackets square so the carriage bolts drop into it. This allows the bar to be broken down to fit in the bed. I plan on adding a hinge to the 2 pieces to keep them square and make it so I can leave them on the load bars folded over themselves.

The tarp is mounted with 6 spring nuts, socket cap bolt, washers, and jam nuts.

The bar is mounted with 2" U bolts.

    Heres a few random pics.
