yea, I work in downtown DC... it is what it is.... I'm used to an hour + commute though.

 

When I move, I will look for a concrete driveway, and no HOA. But I dont have a family, so its a little different.

 

haha yea... w/in driving distance of DC, it was tough haha

but at least it's a decent driveway and it's almost 2700sqft and there is a LOT of storage. and it's an end unit w/ room for a little shed in the back.... so the garage can be JUST truck stuff. haha

 

end unit is nice. But for me, Im not a fan. Im ready for a single family.. Or a little out in the country, so I can have some land, and do whatever I want. I also dont plan on being here past 11 years.. But we will see.

 

yea we had that when we lived out in Colorado... single family home, 10,000 sq ft yard, 2 car garage, oversized driveway....

but ya gotta pay to play I guess haha

dude, we went and saw a house that came on the market THAT DAYand there were 3 offers on it by the time we saw it at 6PM

my neighbors house sold (or under contract) on the first open house. Not sure if it was at asking price or not.. but it was listed at $564k

That open house was the day I got back from a trip, and I didnt feel like washing my truck. Only the roof was white
