    I installed the TRD short shifter and man, was it easy! I'm pretty happy with the result, it shifts great and is a very noticeable difference. If you are on the fence, just go for it!

    I shaved the Toyota badge from the rear and plastidipped the 3 Tacoma badges and the TRD badges. I did the doors in gunmetal and the back in black, don't know what I like but the gun metal looks like a pretty close match for the TRD Baja wheels. No pictures. It got dark out.

    I also spent about an hour under the truck try to locate a clunk that I am getting going over bumps. Unfortunately my kids aren't heavy enough to replicate it by jumping in the bed.

    Sounds like its around the front of the box. No play in the bed when trying to move it by hand. Nothing lose. I'm thinking it could be bushings on the spring packs or something in the drive shaft. I have had a minor vibration in the floor under power.
