I've probably one of the highest ground clearances, and I've got no problem being a guinea pig. I've got my hitch to hook up to in the rear, no shackle up front yet. If I'm not first, I've got dibs on second cuz I love me some good sloppy mud

I'm gonna pass on the trip this weekend. Buddy and a few others want to stay local and there are some areas in Middletown that he wants to hit that he's done before and has decent off-roaring from what he says. It's also 15 min instead of 1h30m from my house. I'll go out to one of the next trips to the RI spot.
Take lots of pictures and share!

Really Middletown huh? Try and remember where this place is so you can take me there some time. Is it legal?

    OH GOD YES

It's been way too long since I've had venison...

I'm gonna bring a few Lord Hobo something or others to have with lunch, trade a beer for some venison?

Temps have increased for tomorrow and it looks like the sun will be fully out too! Woohoo!

I've got a ton of large beef hot dogs & rolls as well as a ton of seasoned burgers and rolls. Plus condiments. Also a bunch of bags of chips and cookies. Steve I'm bringing my hibachi and some charcoal as well as at least one full can and one half full can of gas for your grill. Though I'd like to throw my hibachi in the back of your truck when we're done until the iron cools down. I carry a fire extinguisher....I just don't want to use it.

That's the way I am, I drink water and bring water. My guess is most are that way with beverages on the trail. But can't hurt can't hurt bringing a case of bottled water!

Sweet! So i have a line on some firewood, kinda green, but itll burn. Should i bring it? Do we want to have a fire if its not necessary for warmth? Otherwise i just finished loading up the truck with whatever i coild think of. Tools, fluids, compressor, axe, shovel, chainsaw, grill, water, jack and stands.

I think we'll be good with firewood. I was thinking the same thing and then decided, it'll be likely too warm. Save it for November 4th!!!! We're doing a night run under the full moon up there!

Good gear, I'm doing the same pretty much!

Carefull going there after sunset. Dem does patrole after dark and will kick u out.

Trails are open until 30 min after sunset... then patroled by DEM due to assholes throwing ragers. honestly nothing good happens on those trails after dark. Lol

That's really good to know. Didn't know that. I'll make sure then, that we're only on the non-management area roads/trails. (Or come up with something else).
