INDYCAR race in Birmingham is at 3pm. I usually attend, but school assignments have me grounded this year.

There's Chevy too. They're actually the underdogs, even though Penske runs Chevy in Indycar. Foyt racing, Penske, and Ed Carpenter racing run Chevy powerplants.
The team that won last year's INDY 500 is co-owned by a guy from Gainesville (Steve Newey). They won with Alexander Rossi, and won it back in '11 with Dan Wheldon. Indycar is rife with underdogs. If you're not running for Penske, Andretti, or Ganassi you're an underdog. So far this season, underdog teams have won both races.

Yeah but for open wheel I like F1... Red bull racing with Verstappen and Ricciardo are my team there!

Is there anyone to watch live late model races? Not speed51?

FS1 is on our local cable, the race was a rerun from speedweeks down in Tampa got to see all 4 heats and the highlights of both B mains and then a 30 lap feature.
Then Best in the Desert from Parker was on, my wife even watched some of the RedBull air races

There's no cable at my house, I have to go to my GFs to watch any cable. Alot of times I watch races on YouTube, but they don't keep up with the Lucas oil series real well

Speed51 has a near-communist lock on late models, going so far as to silence any independent reporting from the track. There used to be more options in the 90s when everyone was clamoring for stock car racing. Shifting markets and corporate greed killed Speed Channel and TNN.

Well the best way to catch dirt racing is to get Lucas TV on the Firestick ( I already have an addiction to NASCAR, I don't need a crack habit with Dirt 24/7 )

Amazon TV, we wanted to watch Grand Tour, it plugs into the HDMI port on your TV then you stream shows, it also allows you to add apps similar to a smartphone. On my iPad and iPhone I have RedBull TV

So is there a way to get NASCAR broadcast live over the internet via subscription? (Not just radio, like the tv broadcasts)

No, but NASCAR Drive is a decent option. Multiple camera angles and drivers to choose from, plus in-car audio. Also has MRN or PRN broadcast plus telemetry too. Commercial breaks are split screen.

Setting up to be a crazy day at bristol, new vht laid down, wreck washed rubber off top groove early on. Everyone loose getting in. Looks like old bristol, already saw a few drivers shove others out the way. Bristol baby.

Listening on radio. Tough luck for Blaney with power steering going out early. Going to be a long day. Larson is hooked up! Hopefully he seals the deal. It "sounds" like old Bristol on the radio, especially as far a Larson is concerned. He seems to run the third lane up date dive to the edge of the apron with aplomb.

Logano is fastest, stenhouse looks fast on long runs. Track position important for top 5, after about 50 laps the better cars start moving forward. Larson entering turns really high when his tires get hot and that helps him maintain but truex has been bottom/bottom the entire run. Gonna be interesting second half of this race.

Ooh. NASCAR giving Jr. the leg up, not calling his crash a "crash," rather a mechanical problem, so he doesn't have to race the clock to get back up to speed.
