the last ticket i got doing 85 the HWY Patrol told me "If you keep it under 80 we almost never pull you over"
since then I have not had a speeding ticket and only break 80 if im on 5 going through the dust bowl as everyone is going 85-90 but not in the truck. my truck drinks gas like ferny drinks coors light and jamo.

Known fact, I have BBs in them but they are not an end all and don't balance out perfect. Good enough for most of the driving I do though!

Weird. You and my dad have the exact same tire and wheel combo and he's able to do 85 comfortably down the highway.

If it's good enough for you, then I guess it's fine.

I think a lot of it is the drivelines but I can also feel that some of it is the tires. What is his gearing?

I'm 5.29 so maybe that accounts for a little bit of my lack of top end.

What lug nuts are you using with your steel wheels?

I just got a good deal on some KOs with steel wheels but noticed that my stock lugs fit is not ideal

Just go to summitracing.com and get some there. I've had mine for almost 10k miles and the paint chips and scratches are the only bits of wear and tear.

Ah yes. Someone monitoring the radio from camp will be needed while we wheel
