Been doing a lot of research lately and for my budget I think bilsteins on all four corners and wheelers 3 leaf progressive AAL is probably my best option. So I was wondering if anyone else has this same setup, possibly with some before/after pictures?

edit - or should I do bilsteins in only the front with aftermarket coils and the wheelers AAL in the back? Would that be better?

Yes, stock coil springs. Haven't decided on what setting yet.
