Oh he broke something, he's done. He was smoking coming out of pits and it just broke on the restart. He was laying oil coming in for his pit stop

Stage 1: Larson (pole sitter by points)
    Stage 2: Truex Jr.

Logan sounds stout, but the Spring Bristol race does not favor him. Perhaps the cool weather and cloud cover is benefiting the #22. Hamlin and Johnson also waiting in the wings. I'd be pleased if the 78 or 42 won, given my guy (#21) is out. Sounds like the Roush guys are having another decent day.

They're mentioning it now. Strangely enough, I was watching some highlights from Mark Martin's career early this morning, and there was a day at Talladega where, coming to the start, his car hooked left and took out pole sitter Jimmie Johnson. Mark said something malfunctioned within the steering wheel assembly where if the wheel was turned normally to the right, but when pulled to the left, it would jerk hard.

Yep not exactly what Blaney is going through but steering issues where he cannot turn the car and it "hops" when he does accordi g to Brad. Bristol has not been good to him the last 5 years.

Interesting restart with the 22 able to pick the outside, 22 is a long run car, 78 is a good car overall, how bad does the 22 want it?

High line coming in means good for LARSON, 22 is making a nice diamond in both corners and looks good. Battle for win should be between 22, 42, 78. Cheers!

Kyle Busch had a great car, but a lot of mechanical issues at start and a tire issue puts him behind the wall. Bye felicia.

22, 42, 78 off the pits. Restart soon with 109 to go. 22 looks like the best meaning he can run high and low, 78 low, 42 high. Long run is everything here. I'll go 22, he can move wherever he needs and keep speed.
