    My view at work today:
    IMG_3993.jpg

Don Pedro in the distance and Priest grade on the right.

Everything is so green right now it makes your eyes hurt.

Dude the old priest grade is no joke, and damn I forgot how big Don Pedro was! Still a little low though eh?

They're draining the reservoir as fast as they can before spring runoff. It's going to be crazy full very soon.

Old Priest is probably the nuttiest road in the region... I drive it a lot for work.

My brakes got a little warm going down the other day, got stuck behind someone going like 10moh the whole way down.

Even using low gears my truck just picks up so much speed when going down when I let off the breaks!

    That is the struggle.

Had a buddy of mine in his dads work truck (in high school) lose his brakes 3/4 of the way down due to over heating. Luckily he was going slow enough that took a pull out and was able to stop.

Since I've been working in Moccasin I think there have been at least half a dozen cars go off the road and down the bank... no fatalities thankfully. Couple of the cars were our city vehicles to boot.

Anyone know how many leafs the stock, w/o AAL, Dakar leaf pack has?

Got my spring pack second hand, bought an AAL and wondering whether or not the current pack has an aal already.

I'd like to keep a soft plush ride without compromising ride height. So I might do the AAL and remove the third leaf. Use the shackle flip to keep ride height.

(Not worries about weight capacity and up travel as much as I am DD ride height... cuz, prerunner..)

Had the privilege of going to the Shark's very first Stanley cup game at the tank last year, and they even won that game. Had so much fun.

Edit: dammit, I wrote this like 6 hrs ago when folks were taking Sharks, didn't get to posting until now, and now it's out of context.

Like everyone else said- 5 leaves and 2 overloads. The extra leaf/ add-a-leaf is the same length as the 3rd leaf.
