    Thanks. Yep a dremel for the big areas. I used a drill and a small file set for getting the center of the A out.

    It's more for plastic to paint adhesion. Your rear bumper is metal under the paint or chrome so as long as you give the plastidip to stick to or you should be fine. Or just spray and see what happens I'm sure you can just spray it over what ever you have should be fine
