While were talking about sweet non-american firearms, I had the chance to shoot the benelli super black eagle 3 (new for 2017) and it may have been the sweetest shotgun I've ever had the pleasure of shooting. Haven't had the chance to put it on any wings yet, just clays. But oh my sweet baby jesus...

I love it. Shot over twenty bows before I chose this one. I'm not an annual upgraded though. My last compound bow is a 1997 Alpine Rebel TC. I buy them, get them dialed in and hunt. I'll shoot this one until I can't draw it anymore.

my old man is the same way, hes just now starting to talk about getting a new bow and he shoots a 1999 matthews, not sure on the model but its been restrung and tuned god knows how many times. He's really wanting to get one of the harder hitting bows for some bigger alaskan game since no longer lives in texas (black bear, moose, caribou)

Its got the steel risers and everything its heavy af, the ammount of progression bow technology has seen in the past 10-15 years is ridiculous.

my preference for Glock comes from the simplicity of them. they are quite boring and blocky. Glocks and 1911s....I want another 1911.

I plan on adding a Bear Takedown to my collection soon so I can always have a bow in the truck.

I love going out and wasting a box of 45 through a 1911 as much as the next guy, but you couldn't pay me to carry one if my life was on the line. I'm not a good enough shot to only count on 6-7 rounds.

Haven't heard of a takedown bow before, is it a compound bow? or like a long bow?

It gets better in time and you can ask any older guy that carries a 1911 about relying on 6-7 shots. They'll tell you its 3-4 shots too many.

If you cant kill it in 3 why are you even hunting

I'm sorry I don't understand what that last part? I'm just a bad shot with a pistol when you compare it to my rifle shooting.
