Filled up the Jerry cans today and it actually wasn't bad wrestling around a full can in there.

Organized my bed in preparation for Moab this weekend! :bananadance:
I think I'm going to rebuild my platform in the near future. When I built it I wanted something easily removable so I could load my kayak. Unfortunately I've only been kayaking once since I've been in Colorado so the removabilty isn't a requirement any more. When I'm offroad all everything bounces around and the lids are all over the place. I think I'm going to make one big drawer that slides out and add hinges to the side doors.

Here's the rare sight of things being organized back there.

I added this light tonight. Should be nice for cooking and when it's closed it should illuminate the Nest.

Moved my recovery gear, ratchet straps, fire extinguisher, first aid, miscellaneous bolt box, and brake clean to the passenger side. Hopefully it helps with the terrible taco lean I have now. Previously I had some cooking utensils in there but I'm putting them in a box under the platform. Too much dust in the cubbies.

Decided to try and figure out what my wheel weight was hitting. Turns out its the OTR. Hopefully this is why I can't get rid of the vibration around 65. I ordered new wheels with 3.5 bs a few weeks ago so I'm not too worried about it. I was told they would ship today but haven't heard anything yet.

@cynicalrider I started playing around more with the idea of flip out tables. I just grabbed two pieces of card board I had laying around. Nothing was measured.

Sorry the orientation of the pictures changed had to switch hands and must have flipped the phone.

I think a guide wire to the topper would be needed to hold it steady when folded completely out.

I think a mount can be bolted here for the pivot.

Yep. Probably going to redo my leak down test tomorrow since apparently you are supposed to rotate the engine during the test. :notsure:

Hopefully I get better results! I did put an ear to it with a screwdriver today. Nothing sounded like it was hitting anything so I'm thinking I might just have some bad valve seal.

Oh and SPC UCA's showed up today and @SilverGhost corner light. Thanks again Ray!

As much as I want to put the UCA's on tomorrow it's going to have to wait until after Moab. No time to get an alignment.

Hopefully you get results that give you reassurance for the trip. I'm getting stoked for Friday night's departure. Going to get the rig packed and setup tonight - I want to take the swingout off entirely, but I think I'll leave it on for the CO2 tank and just throw the spare in the back. No way in hell I'm driving all the way to Moab with the bounce. I was also debating removing the aal's, as I think they are the source of my rear end noises. That'd take some real motivation to pull them out tonight after work, though, so likely no happening.

Is the table going to have a leg that drops out to support the portion hanging off the tailgate?

*one type of road - concrete, due to the cracks which separate each section. Asphalt roads are fine.

I don't think we will be on any of that type of road.

Awesome work in here recently, Ryan. Hit me up if you want a good enough alignment. We could get the control arms on and aligned in a couple hours probably.

Where are you guys headed in Moab?

Thanks Brett! I wouldn't mind learning how to diy my alignment. I do have the lifetime alignment with Firestone though but I'm not sure how they are going to like the aftermarket UCA's. So far they have been ok with setting my castor at 2* but once I put 882 springs in I don't think that will be possible. Idk if I call this a complaint or what but twice now they dropped my ifs skid on themselves.

Planning on running Kane Creek, hurrah pass, chicken corner, Jackson hole, and Lockhart. From the gpx files I've been looking at I think this makes a big loop. Planning on camping somewhere in the middle of that and then playing it by ear for the next evening. Kane Creek is run west to east right?

Yeah, sounds like you would be running Kane backwards to make that loop work unless you do it in the opposite direction.

We plan on running it the other way. The list of trails in my head is just that direction haha

Brett, do you think we'll have any issues with water crossings this time of year?
