we have tons of snow left to melt. Same issue..and more snow still falling..ha

Gonna be a crazy spring.

 

spring is..well.kinda now..

Usually not done with "spring" until mid June though ha

No! But i did just find this thing called....Myplace..or...no wait..MySpace!

 

I normally tell people the last blizzard/heavy snow is graduation weekend, or around May 15th. Just Wyomings way of saying farewell to students who are off to bigger and better things .

Hopefully we don't have a repeat of the 2015 blizzard that decimated bird populations.

 

I have to admit that MSN Messenger helped my typing abilities in High School.

 

Just think today's kids will never know what it's like to call a girl/boy and have the parents answer the phone. Its the little things, but what a difference less than 20 years made

But then again, i didn't get a cellphone until i was a sophomore in HS

 

Im shocked...

 

My college days brought about me having a cell phone. I had one earlier briefly but this was my first constant companion.

 

So cool, haha. Briefly had one if these before smartphones were truly a thing and I felt badass

 

Lol trends. I can only imagine what the cell phone game must of been like in a high school setting.

 

Samsung Alias was my first and still my favortie phone. Had it for 3 years. Was so slim and small.




Bought it myself, was like 239 bucks i think..

 

It is truly an amazing feeling listening to a bunch of 20 somethings reminisce about the good old days.

 

Lol we're waiting on you to regale us with stories of 8 tracks.

 

Ha! 8-tracks... So modern. Now reel to reel, and 33, 45 and 78 rpm vinal records was where it was at.

On the phone side, having a rotary dial land line, and a color tv, not just a black and white one.

And I remember my first transistor radio. It had 6 transistors in it. Way better to tubes.

I bet they will, they had a dude there just doing phone orders and they don't let you pull parts yourself.
