Lost my TRD baja 16inch wheel lock keys. Need help

Hey guys I have lost my 2013 TX Baja TRD 16 inch wheel lock keys. Anyone have a part number of their keys?

 

We have this happen all the time at my work. Major tool companies like snap on and matco have wheel lock sets to help with people losing them. I would check with your local corporate tire stores to see if they don't have a set that they can take off the locking lugs. If they do, they can easily take off the locking lugs and you can buy a new set. I think this route would be a lot easier than trying to pinpoint the exact key you need and then ordering the wrong one and having to deal with all the stress.

 

Remove all the locks, you're going to have to buy a new set. Take it as a lesson learned and put the key somewhere it won't get lost ever. I put mine where the jack is located.

 

Take it to the dealer.
They should be able to help.

 

Discount tire will also take them off for free.

 

I would say go to the dealership for a new one

 

Thanks everyone I just came from the dealer and they seemed clueless. Gave me a bs excuse and a "maybe" this part number is it. Going to try another dealer or hit up DT tomorrow.

 

Read post #5,the dealer are nothing but a bunch of thief's that just want too sell you something.

 

What the f? It is standard for my truck and every other Baja with the beadlock wheels...

 

Just remove them and put regular nuts on.

All you have to do is drive on an impact grade socket that is slightly smaller than the nut and break it loose with a breaker bar.

Just like an actual thief would

I have to use the key on all 24 lug nuts

This is a Canadian supplier but this gives you the idea. Anyone who is serious about removing your rims will succeed so the locknuts only keep the low life's without tools from stealing your stuff. I used a smaller set of these to remove both locking nuts and a set of lug nuts once the outer "shell" broke off.

I think I got it guys. Thank you again for all the quick responses. According to the link below it says part number PTR27-35100 is required for the new rims.

I bought this truck used last month and it didnt come with a spare so I have to get a new a TRD wheel as well. Looking at the below link, new rims dont come with F'n lug nuts??

So I guess I have to buy the stupid kit now and a new set of 285/75 16s that might not fit underneath the bed.
