The only thing that was full of shit was the kids diapers. No joke about the beer. But I also love that they are old enough to go camping, wheeling, shooting and hunting with me.

It's 4AM and I have officially completed a covert operation.

On April 20 at around 1300 hours, a member of the feline dwelling inhabitants introduce a rodent into the living quarters of its human owners. It's attempts to kill the rodent were unsuccessful and the rodent escaped and entrenched itself into the landscape.

Upon assessing the situation and tense political negotiations , a plan was formed for the safe removal of the rodent without loss life.

After days of strategic planning and multiple attempts, I am proud to report that at 345 hours the rodent was captured and relocated to neutral territory without casualties.

Key personnel have been demoted for their inability to complete their orders and/or remain calm under pressure.

Translation: Cat brought a mouse in. Wife freaked out but didn't want me to kill it. I spent days devising traps as it hid in unreachable places. I finally got and set it free. My cat and dog are useless and dumb.

hey y'all, been a while since I hopped on here.

this past weekend I was backing out of my driveway and got a nice little lovetap from an inattentive jeep..

got my estimate done yesterday, working with the shop it looks like it'll be cheaper to get an aftermarket bumper rather than that oem chrome. unfortunately, lead time on a relentless bumper is 10-12 weeks. I'm wondering if there's anyone in NorCal with an old bumper laying around that they're willing to sell that I can throw on there in the meantime? bueller?

as always, appreciate the help from this community!

Oh it happened! I would have killed it days ago but my wife didn't want me to. During the day the cat would sleep and not do anything then at night would mess up all my traps. I finally got a setup that worked caught it and set it free in the middle of the night.

My wife wakes me and says the trap fell, I jump out of bed, the dog wakes up and full speed runs from the living room to the bedroom and out the cat door thinking it's Armageddon almost waking the baby. I go to the kitchen to look at the trap and step in dog puke on the way. Typical night.

The things I do for brownie points.

So I picked up a rear CBI for my 4runner from a friend. It was in an accident and one of the sides was bent in. The rest of the bumper is fine but because he side is pushed in, it can't fit around the body anymore to be mounted. I've used a bottle jack to push it back out which works but obviously the bumper returns back to the bent position once the jack is removed. Anyone have any ideas on how to have it retain its original form? @Bentrodder @JLee @jberry813

This is the style of bumper.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

It would need to be bent beyond where you want the part to sit it's called spring back. You need to bend it out more so when it springs back its the shape you want it to be.
