Ours was unplanned. She wasn't supposed to be able to, they were wrong. Glad they were. He's 7, and getting to be pretty fun. He is a smartass like me.

Can we go back to talking about trucks and BBQ instead of little wallet drains please?

Not the smoker but we put some salmon with a honey/Dijon/garlic-chili paste glaze on a cedar plank and grilled up some asparagus and naan to go with it. Hadn't used the gas grill in a while so I figured I'd knock the dust off it. Make sure it still works for the summer when I crank it up to grill a ton of burgers and hotdogs for the little wallet drainers.

honestly I dont like oversalted food, I can deal with undersalted you can always add a little to your liking, oversalted makes it inedible...

Has anyone tried smoking wagyu brisket. I was told you can get them at HEB (local grocery store in Texas ). I called and they said they can order them and get them the next day. 6.99 a lb. called American Kobe. of course it would be a special event type smoke like bday or Christmas Not a regular weekend smoke kinda thing

totally agree.. im spoiled and used to paying $1.96 a lb. But some states are already paying $5+ a lb for your regular select brisket
