I have had similar experiences with Warrenton Toyota in Warrenton, Virginia...I think the right thing to say is: "I usually avoid the dealer in my area because they are inexperienced with the vehicles they sell".

 

I had to toss somebody once in my service advisor days. People get just insane over their vehicles. I've had people threaten to come down and kick my ass, shoot me, have me somehow blackballed from every dealer, etc. Buddy of mine saw a dude get shot to death on the service drive at a place he used to work.

This fucking place though- Judging from all of the complaints has a serious shit storm headed their way. This kind of ineptness and attitude usually comes from the top down which the SM proved. He needs a new line of work. Hopefully you've helped him go in that direction today. GMs don't like this kind of press. A service dept. is a huge factor when buying a vehicle from a specific dealer.

 

Moe was known for his good customer service..."Where's all my designated drivers? (raise of hands) Okay, beat it, I have no room for cheapskates."

Not that I have been banned from my dealer but I have not received a call back for a radio update they could not do at My 5K /10K appointment . I gave a bad review to Toyota because they over filled my oil , said the box misalignment was normal,could not hear the rear end howl etc. but they have not called back and to tell the truth, I do not want to go back to them . Mentioning TW is a bad thing to do at the dealer. We are not suppose to know about others with the same problems with our trucks and should believe all they as experts tell us is normal .

I have a great idea OP, see if you can find a Tranny Hooker.... Have them go up to the dealership and walk into the service department and call this asshole service manager out, tell the tranny to say how angry shim is about last night and go off on the guy in front of everyone, tell shim to get creative.. Like some violent soap opera scene, then leave before the cops get there.

In 2008 I sold my 94 Supra Turbo BPU++ with 67K original miles to some guy in Seattle for 36K, which I thought was a decent deal. The dealership where I lived offered me 15K for it. Dealers are so stupid.
